We invite a skilled and proactive Intermediate Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to join our team. In this role, you'll lead projects using Agile practices, oversee planning, tracking, and execution, and guide teams to deliver high-quality results on time. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively manage risks and resources.

✅ Is that you?

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Solid understanding of Agile practices (Scrum) and experience facilitating ceremonies
• Proficiency in project management theory, key tools, and frameworks
• Strong skills in planning, execution, delivery, and risk management
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and change requests
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and clients
• Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills
  
  

Desirable:

• Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple time zones
• Experience working within SAFe environments
• Formal certifications in Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
  
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, while driving collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.

• Drive Agile projects using and/or SAFe to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in Agile best practices
• Plan, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and change requests
• Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers proactively
• Communicate updates, challenges, and risks clearly to stakeholders
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, data engineers, architects, and other PMs
• Manage team capacity and allocate resources effectively
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation
