1. International HR Operations & Technology Lead (Deel Focus)
- Deel Platform Ownership: Become the internal expert for the Deel platform, leading its setup, configuration, and ongoing administration for both EOR (Employee of Record) and non-EOR contracts.
- EOR Management: Act as the primary point of contact with Deel to seamlessly onboard new international employees, manage contracts, and ensure EOR compliance across relevant European countries.
- Payroll & Expenses: Oversee and coordinate accurate and timely monthly payroll, time tracking, and travel expense reporting across various European countries, utilizing and managing data directly within Deel.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential digital personnel records and contribute to building and refining scalable HR processes and policies.

- Support compliance with labour regulations in other European countries in close coordination with our legal partners and Deel's expertise.
3. Talent Acquisition & Culture Contribution
- Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process—from planning and engaging job advertisements to conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Design and execute a streamlined, effective onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
- Culture Contribution: Actively contribute to establishing open communication channels, organizing internal team events, and promoting the company's values to strengthen team cohesion and employee engagement.

- Bilingual Communication: Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Key Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and independent working style. You are an empathetic team player who values efficiency and modern HR practices.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel to Salzburg and Vienna as needed; remote work from within Austria is fully supported.
What We Offer:
- Impactful Operations Role: A key position where you will own and shape the implementation and management of our global HR tech foundation (Deel) and compliance framework.
- Strategic & Hands-on: A blend of critical administrative management and the opportunity to contribute to culture and organizational development initiatives.
