As part of our Technical Support team, you will:
- Dive into the fascinating world of advanced GPS tracking technology, helping us set new standards for innovation and reliability
- Monitor and enhance the real-world performance of our GPS devices, ensuring they perform at their best in every paw-sible situation
- Tackle complex technical challenges by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues that arise
- Keep a close eye on performance indicators and help steer product success
- Act as the go-to expert, responding to technical queries and supporting cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the monitoring team to continuously improve firmware performance
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Key requirements:
- Strong understanding of electronics and hardware-based products
- Solid analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience designing or optimizing monitoring systems
- Ideally, experience with microcontrollers and low-level programming
- Very good English skills
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and always eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and structured in your approach to work
- Empathetic to user needs and passionate about delivering quality
- Technically curious and excited to stay ahead of the curve
