Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Hybrid (2 days per week)

Job Type: Contract - B2B / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Execute Integrations:
• Analyze and verify project requirements.
• Perform quality assurance on data elements.
• Implement and monitor integrations while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate and coordinate efforts within the implementation team.
• Develop and guide communication strategies for project integrations.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders through structured meetings.
• Prepare detailed and high-quality documentation, including instructions, maps, checklists, and reports, in adherence policies.
• Collaborate closely with functions to manage changes and proactively plan business cases.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Lead professional and solution-driven stakeholder management across various governance setups.
• Provide timely reporting to boards, management, and other integration stakeholders.
• Standardization & Continuous Improvement:
• Drive the standardization of products, tools, and processes.
• Foster cooperation with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing projects, preferably with exposure to EDI, API, or ESB integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong business relationships.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to develop solutions at all organizational levels.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
