Currently we are looking for an experienced Front-End Lead Developer
The Role
As our Front-End Lead Developer, you will define the technical vision for our front-end technologies, ensure alignment across squads and products, and foster a strong developer community. You’ll combine technical leadership with hands-on expertise, mentoring developers and shaping the evolution of our products.

The Role
As our Front-End Lead Developer, you will define the technical vision for our front-end technologies, ensure alignment across squads and products, and foster a strong developer community. You’ll combine technical leadership with hands-on expertise, mentoring developers and shaping the evolution of our products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the front-end technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead technical decisions on frameworks, testing, and CI/CD.
- Mentor and coach developers, supporting growth and performance.
- Build and strengthen the front-end community across squads.
- Ensure alignment and consistency in technical approaches.
- Promote high-quality code, testing, and risk management.
- Stay ahead of trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support hiring and onboarding of front-end talent.
- Proven experience as a Front-End Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect.
- Our technical stack is: React, TypeScript, Cypress/Vitest/Jest/... – Our back-end is Spring Boot / Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of performance, accessibility, and testing practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end tooling
- Skilled mentor and communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Exposure to Back-End development or integration.
- Shape the front-end vision of products used by global media leaders.
- Work in a modern squad-based setup with real impact on every release.
