T-Shaped Analyst (Scrum Master/BA/Testing)

Introduction

We are looking for a T-shaped Analyst to join our Software & Platform Engineering (S&PE) capability within Accenture Technology. This role offers the opportunity to build a versatile consulting profile across business analysis, Scrum Master responsibilities, and testing.

Your job

As an Analyst, you will:

Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions.

Create detailed business requirements documentation.

Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.

Participate in backlog refinement, translating business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria.

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure test coverage and early bug detection.

Track and report bugs using Jira, ensuring timely resolution.

Act as a Scrum team enabler: coach team members, facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and report progress via agile metrics.

Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.

0–2 years of relevant experience in IT, consulting, or project delivery.

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Team spirit, proactive mindset, willingness to share knowledge.

Fluency in English + French OR Dutch.

Skills in Data Analysis & Interpretation, Scrum, and agile project management (nice to have).

Exposure to agile ceremonies and testing practices (nice to have).

Certifications

Agile or Scrum Foundation / Certified Scrum Master (preferred).

ISTQB Foundation (nice to have)
