Summary
We are seeking a dynamic EU Neuroinflammation (NI) Project Coordinator (Rare) to join our European team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Cross-Functional Neuroinflammation Team across Europe, ensuring seamless collaboration between Commercial, Medical, and Access functions.
Reporting to the Head of Neuroinflammation Europe (Rare), you will play a key role in driving operational excellence—managing budgets, vendors, and documentation in full compliance with audit and SOP standards. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining digital collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint) to enhance transparency and efficiency across our European network.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include vendor and contract management, coordination of events and congresses, financial tracking in partnership with FP&A, and supporting internal and external audits. You’ll also organize cross-functional meetings, oversee onboarding and training for new team members, and act as the key interface between EU and global teams.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project coordination experience in a cross-functional, international environment—preferably within the life sciences or commercial sector. You should be confident managing complex projects, budgets, and vendor relationships, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. A PMP certification, experience with commercial teams, and knowledge of digital tools such as Guided Buying, Teams, and MS Office are highly desirable.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have an agile mindset with a collaborative spirit, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients affected by rare neurological diseases.
Join us and help drive patient impact across Europe.
