We're building One Place – the world's most powerful real estate search engine. Over 5 million properties across Europe are scattered across 1000+ websites. We use AI to bring them together into a single, unified platform — and we’re developing our own machine learning models to understand property images, extract meaningful features, and assess quality automatically.

Our goal isn’t to sell listings — it’s to make real estate information accurate, transparent, and unbiased. Every property is analyzed and presented on its own merits, helping users make informed decisions rather than follow ads.

What You'll Do

• Build and refine machine learning systems that power real estate understanding — from image feature extraction to property quality and style recognition.
• Train and fine-tune computer vision that categorize and extract features, specifically in the context of real estate, with inference cost in mind.
• Ingest and organize data from 1000+ diverse sources — including listings, geospatial data, and public datasets — ensuring it’s clean, consistent, and ready for training.
• Design efficient data models and pipelines, keeping every query and transformation optimized for scale.
• Develop the infrastructure that serves millions of daily searches, integrating ML outputs into real-time user experiences.
• Experiment with new architectures and model types to push performance and accuracy boundaries.
• Contribute to core architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, and cost — from data processing to model deployment.

Your Stack

• Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• OpenCV/TorchVision for computer vision
• PostgreSQL with pgvector, Typesense, SeaweedFS
• Docker, Linux sys admin
• Experience with Django and/or full-stack development with React is a plus
