We’re looking for aLaw Enforcement Officerto join our growing Law Enforcement team inTallinn.This role is a unique opportunity toimpactWise’s missionby growing as a specialist infighting against financial crimeand helping to save millions of people money.

As aFinCrime Operations Senior Analystspecializing in Law Enforcement (LE), you will be the integral link between Wise and global regulatory and police agencies. Your primary focus is to facilitate the secure and compliant exchange of information bygathering, analyzing, and documenting datato construct accurate, high-quality responses. This role is highly detailed-oriented, requiring meticulous documentation, timely escalation of risks, and strict adherence toAML/CFT and data privacy regulations(like GDPR) to protect the integrity of Wise's services.

We are looking for someone who is a good team player and isn’t afraid to take responsibility. We have a lot of excitement in our work, but you should also be able to tolerate some level of routine.

Here’s How You’ll be Contributing to our Team:

  • Process requests from Law Enforcement agencies by efficientlygathering, analyzing, and documenting data. You will construct professional, high-quality responses while maintaining precision and managing communication with authorities.
  • Maintain meticulous, secure, and confidential recordsof all LE request cases. Ensure strict compliance with global regulations (includingGDPR/data privacyandAML/CFT), internal policies, and legal requirements in all actions.
  • Review requests to identify financial crime patterns and risks. Timelyescalate incidents, high-risk customers, or breachesto leadership and relevant FinCrime teams, always ensuring comprehensive documentation accompanies the escalation.
  • Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of team processesby raising tooling bugs and suggesting actionable enhancements. Consistently achieve individual and team targets (KPIs, SLAs, QA) by demonstrating strong ownership and accuracy.
  • Work closely with Legal, Product, and other FinCrime teams to ensure a compliant approach. You must communicateclearly and professionallywith external authorities and internal stakeholders, ensuring speedy and accurate responses.
  • Complete all mandatory training diligently and proactively participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster collective growth.

About You

  • You're based and legally authorised to work in Estonia, Tallinn
  • You’ve excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You’ve got strong attention to detail
  • You’re able to make decisions and judgement calls on your own
  • You're a proactive team player who knows how to prioritise work and is willing to get things done.
  • You’re able to multi-task and take responsibility in difficult situations
