We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a CRM system for an Energy sector client. You’ll drive execution, manage stakeholders and ensure the project meets scope, schedule, and quality targets.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a CRM system for an Energy sector client. You’ll drive execution, manage stakeholders and ensure the project meets scope, schedule, and quality targets.
Your future responsibilities:
- Leading project planning, execution and reporting.
- Ensuring team capacity, competence and motivation.
- Managing scope, risks, changes and financials.
- Maintaining close client communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Preparing project proposals and effort estimates.
- Driving process improvement and continuity.
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT or transformation projects.
- Strong planning, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, Confluence.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems implementation.
- Bonus: Experience with Dynamics platform and in the Energy sector.
