As part of our continuous growth in France, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Our Project Manager at Tata Technologies will be responsible for handling one or several projects, project team activities and customer satisfaction.

This role focuses strategic alignment, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. The canditate will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and maintain governance while driving value delivery across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Offer specialized technical assistance to project teams in the evaluation and analysis of their tasks.
• Conduct thorough investigations to understand customer way of working, identify root causes of failures and recommend effective solutions.
• Corrective Action Plans: Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders and production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of the project(s), methodologies, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: facilitate cross-functional teams communication to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Trend Identification: Monitor and identify trends related to new oportunities for continuous improvement in customer facility.
• Collaboration within international project team

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with experience specifically at Airbus plants or FAL.
• In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and methodology.
• Experience managing a support team in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Understanding of documentation quality standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, safety and best practices.
