We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient engineer with approximately two years of professional experience to join our Dublin team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine engineering expertise with business development, contributing to strategic growth and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Build and manage a team of consultants, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Consultant Management: Support the professional development of your team, ensuring alignment with IKOS standards and values.
- Client Engagement: Attend meetings and site visits across Ireland and internationally as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Approximately two years of relevant professional experience
- Strong interest in business development and leadership
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and growth-oriented mindset
