My client is one of the of the leading and most recognisable global consultancies with offices all over the World. Their Nordic cybersecurity team has grown significantly in the last 5 years, creating the requirement for a Director with a clear pathway to becoming a Partner.

Based in Oslo, you will be responsible for further developing their GRC offering. Leading commercial engagements and overseeing the delivery of large programmes.

Role:

As a Cyber Leader, you will utilise your network and the existing internal community to identify new and existing channels for business across all GRC topics. You will be a strategic sounding board and advisor to boards across a range of industries and will build a team capable of delivering significant transformations for clients.

Aside from technical and professional skills, you will be driven and ambitious with a clear focus on becoming a Partner and building exceptional teams and revenue opportunities.

Experience required:

• Good blend between commercial and delivery capabilities
• Consultancy experience, ideally with a mid-to-large firm
• GRC experience and good networks within the cybersecurity community.
• Fluent Norwegian and English language skills are mandatory.
