The Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who can lead testing across a complex stack of DeFi and trading products. You’ll work with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the platform’s global releases meet the highest quality standards.

You’ll help define testing frameworks, embed quality into the development cycle, and contribute to a culture where stability and speed go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do

• Design and drive QA strategies for multiple product components
• Build and maintain automated and manual testing pipelines in JavaScript or Python
• Develop and execute plans for integration and data validation across trading modules
• Coordinate test planning, scheduling, and prioritization within agile teams
• Identify, document, and resolve defects in collaboration with engineering
• Verify end-to-end trading workflows and DeFi integrations for stability and uptime

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA roles with both automation and manual testing experience
• Strong grounding in QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Scrum principles
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive QA strategies
• Skilled in one or more scripting/programming languages (JavaScript, Python)
• Solid communication — able to defend and articulate user-impacting quality issues
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate QA activities across multiple teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerized or cloud-native systems (Docker, AWS, Kubernetes)
• Background in Web3, DeFi, or trading environments
• Exposure to testing smart contract systems or blockchain data flows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic testing pipelines
