Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Proven proficiency in Xero accounting software — you should be comfortable managing full ledger operations and configuring Xero for multi-entity or multi-currency scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience with cryptocurrency, token economies, blockchain or Web3 business models — comfortable with crypto-asset accounting, token flows, custodial accounting, and associated risk/controls
  • Solid budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis skills with the ability to communicate finance to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience with multi-currency or multi-jurisdiction operations (desirable) and exposure to audit or external advisory engagements
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement of finance operations

Nice to have

  • Experience working in crypto, fintech, or global financial institutions. Exposure to banking APIs, payment systems, or digital asset operations
  • Experience contributing to system implementations or treasury process automation
  • Passion or strong interest in the Web3, blockchain, digital assets or sports-tech industry
