Our client is looking Managers/Senior Managers to win, advise on and deliver significant projects within their Cyber Risk practice.

You’ll provide leadership to deliver hands-on solutions to major client challenges – developing resilient cyber risk programmes, supporting the strategy development for cybersecurity to build a risk aware culture. Leading and building strategy, risk, compliance and resilience capabilities and teams to help organizations evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies of their cybersecurity and resiliency programs in the context of driving business growth and operational strategies. These offerings apply consistently regardless of where they are applied (Information Technology, Internet of Things, Operational Technology, Cloud, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

Support the Cyber Lead in building and developing the cybersecurity practice within the organization.

Responsible for maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust among stakeholder and client relationships.

Ensure delivery quality by implementing best practices, processes, and methodologies.

Lead service delivery of the engagements assigned to meet client expectations and drive successful outcomes.

Winning consulting engagements from existing and new client contacts.

Identifying and explaining cyber risks within complex new digital transformation initiatives.

Required skills:

• Excellent experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of various cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in serving clients in the Nordics region is essential.
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity consulting projects and leading teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, SABSA or equivalent are preferred.

Excellent Norwegian and English language skills are mandatory.
