The Integration & Adoption Tribe is a diverse and innovative department within Danske Bank, comprising nearly 100 colleagues globally, including close to 20 based in Vilnius. Our team is committed to accelerating technological modernisation across various areas within the bank.

We operate under a hybrid work model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office in Vilnius.

You will:
- Work in a greenfield environment on diverse projects, empowering other tribes to enhance their productivity
- Act as a technical expert, skillfully shifting between a high-level overview and detailed coding tasks
- Mentor and guide colleagues, setting a high standard for adopting best practices in software development
- Develop REST API backend services using a micro-service deployment pattern
- Cultivate an environment of open collaboration, encouraging constructive dialogue and knowledge sharing
- Operate within a self-organising Scrum team, applying an agile mindset
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide architectural guidance and support, ensuring the efficient and smooth initiation of projects
- Extensive (7+ years) experience in C# .NET
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, clean and testable code
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
- Solid experience with agile development methodologies and a genuine agile mindset
- In-depth experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS
- Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency
Monthly salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
