Project Manager – Offshore Platform Modifications

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key offshore platform modification project enabling future CO₂ injection in the Dutch sector of the North Sea. This position is central to the success of the project’s planning, coordination, and execution — from construction and commissioning to final documentation handover.

You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contractors, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and deliver platform modification and maintenance scopes.
• Oversee construction, commissioning, and integrity activities offshore.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines with clear performance metrics.
• Drive collaboration between operations, maintenance, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth project close-out.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in offshore oil, gas, or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• PMP certification and familiarity with Maximo are a plus.
