"Your Next Career Step in Learning & Development We are seeking a motivated professional to lead and manage all training and development initiatives within our fast-growing organization. This role includes designing and implementing L&D programs, managing digital learning tools, coordinating engagement events, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. You’ll work closely with management to support onboarding, performance reviews, and career progression processes.
