Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring all virtual and on site appointments are efficiently planned and updated.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and stakeholders to confirm interview details and logistics.
  • Organize travel arrangements and act as a host for on site interviews, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support onboarding and training efforts related to scheduling tools.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams globally, including Europe, the US, South America, and APAC, to support a seamless interview process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and contribute to cross-functional projects that drive innovation.
  • Ensure all interview setups are in place and advise the talent acquisition team on candidate agendas.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus but not required.
