Job Description
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring all virtual and on site appointments are efficiently planned and updated.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and stakeholders to confirm interview details and logistics.
- Organize travel arrangements and act as a host for on site interviews, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support onboarding and training efforts related to scheduling tools.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams globally, including Europe, the US, South America, and APAC, to support a seamless interview process.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and contribute to cross-functional projects that drive innovation.
- Ensure all interview setups are in place and advise the talent acquisition team on candidate agendas.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- A passion for delivering excellence in every interaction and collaborating effectively to solve problems.
- Confidence in driving processes and agility in finding quick solutions when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance.
- Proven capability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus but not required.
