- Entscheiden Sie darüber, ob Komponenten intern gefertigt oder extern beschafft werden

- Arbeiten Sie in jeder Projektphase eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen – von der Planung bis zum Abschluss
- Unterstützen Sie den Wissenstransfer und die Weitergabe von Fertigungsprozessen an interne und externe Partner
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder beruflicher Hintergrund im Bereich Industrie-, Maschinenbau-, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der Fertigung oder Produktion
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten mit abteilungsübergreifenden Teams und der Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen Einfluss zu nehmen
- Fähigkeit und Motivation, Teams in der Produktion während Projekten zu führen
- Gute Mischung aus technischen Fähigkeiten und betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis

The opportunity
Are you eager to help us deliver excellent service and improve how we operate? Join us as a Project Manager – Production Lifecycle Management. In this role, you will help shape our global strategy for producing components for our service unit. You will manage the quality, selection, and reliability of parts from our own factories and from suppliers, leading projects that make a real difference across our worldwide production network.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the transfer of assembly operations from our product factories to service workshops
- Lead and execute strategic projects to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality components from internal manufacturing sites
- Check what our factories can do and look out for any risks during the entire product lifecycle
- Make decisions on whether to produce parts in-house or buy them
- Work closely with different teams at every stage of each project, from start to finish
- Help share manufacturing processes and knowledge with our partners, both inside and outside the company
- Find ways to make our processes and data management smoother when making and delivering parts for customer orders and internal needs
- Degree or background in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Project management experience, especially in manufacturing or production
- Experience leading projects with people from different departments and influencing others at all levels
- Ability and motivation to guide shop floor teams during projects
- Strong mix of technical skills and business understanding
- Fluent in both English and German
- Organized and analytical thinker who can quickly learn complex systems and company structures
- International experience and cultural awareness are a plus
