What are we looking for?
For our specialized team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager, with the possibility of working in hybrid mode, from Madrid.
Work mode: Hybrid
Work location: Madrid.
Working hours: M-F from 9.00 to 18.00
Required qualifications
- 5–10 years of end-to-end project/program management in complex, multi-team (business + tech) environments, with a clear delivery track record on scope, timeline, and budget.
- Proven budget management experience (planning, ownership, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial controls).
- Proven experience preparing and presenting concise updates to senior management/SteerCos and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent soft skills: clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated risk/issue and dependency management and stakeholders coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (PSM/PSPO), SAFe, or similar.
- Prior experience at banking in PMO/project delivery roles.
- Tools & reporting Jira: project configuration, workflows/permissions, dashboards, advanced filters (JQL); Advanced Roadmaps a plus.
- Power BI: report building, data modeling (Power Query/DAX), publishing to workspaces, row-level security, and exec-level KPI dashboards.
- Excel/PowerPoint for executive packs; MS Project/Smartsheet (optional).
