We are looking for a gaming enthusiast with business acumen and problem-solving skills. In addition to that, we’re hoping to find someone with a passion for drawing insights and making recommendations from both quantitative and qualitative data.
Example Of Responsibilities
- Develop business presentations and drive discussions around monetization opportunities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Data Intelligence team and leverage analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance and provide input for new features to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Use data to understand the game’s economy, providing economy analysis and drive metrics for revenue optimization.
- Provide Production/Dev/Finance teams with regular or ad- hoc reports on business performance of the product.
- Foster strong relationships with your game team to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving agreed revenue targets.
- Present the Game team with business performance findings and evangelize the importance of data and the reasons behind the decisions taken for the product.
- A creative and curious mind
- A degree in relevant areas on at least a bachelor's level (Business, Economics, or similar courses preferable).
- 1–3 years of experience in an industry with very short implementation cycles such as management consulting, e-commerce, online products/services or games.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create professional, impactful presentations.
- Communicative, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English fluency is required.
- Experience driving analysis of complex or ambiguous problem spaces spanning multiple organizations.
- Experience with SQL and other data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Passion for the gaming industry and a deep understanding of gaming trends and market dynamics is a plus.
