We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern web technologies, CMS platforms, and front-end/back-end development. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

- Develop responsive, high-performing websites using modern web technologies.
- Implement and maintain CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS solutions).
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, or integration challenges.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
- Work with project managers and marketing teams to deliver digital assets on schedule.
- Integrate websites with APIs, CRMs, and other third-party systems as needed.
- Maintain consistent code quality, documentation, and version control practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
- Recommend and implement technical improvements to enhance user experience, security, and performance.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of websites and digital tools.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with PHP or Node.js for backend development preferred.
- Strong experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms (theme customization, plugin development, etc.).
- Prior experience in a marketing, digital, or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Understanding of responsive design principles, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
