Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the development, execution, and management of product strategies for our advanced surgical equipment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to lead product development, ensure effective positioning, and contribute to the overall market success of our laparoscopic and endoscopic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and launch plans for advanced surgical equipment, including laparoscopic and endoscopic devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, to ensure product alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support product positioning, strategy, and differentiation within the specialized fields of surgery.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for surgical devices.
• Monitor and report on product performance, gathering insights from sales trends, customer feedback, and market reception to drive product improvements.
• Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution of timelines, logistics, communication, and alignment across teams.
• Gather, analyze, and organize data for product performance reporting, with a focus on improving surgical efficiency, patient outcomes, and market adoption.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting surgical equipment development and innovation.
• Support the continuous improvement of the product lifecycle from concept through to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management, preferably in medical devices or surgical equipment.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of the medical device industry.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to gather and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, industry regulations, and compliance standards is highly desirable.
