Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Dubai. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as supporting HR management, administering benefits, utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and coordinating training activities. The role also involves assisting in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources and HR Management skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Experience in coordinating and conducting Training programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- work closely with Finance
