Global Head of Performance & Reward

• You will lead the development and execution of performance management frameworks which link the total rewards strategies across all regions ensuring our programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with Arada’s business strategy, culture, and values. Your goal? To create a balanced approach that combines intrinsic and extrinsic motivators to attract, inspire, and retain top talent. If you have proven experience building strategies like this from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development & Careers

• You’ll take the lead in designing and driving initiatives that attract top talent, foster an inclusive and positive culture, build workforce capability, and enable career growth. Your expertise will span the full spectrum— Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Mobility, Career Pathing, and EVP. If you thrive on shaping impactful people strategies, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

Global Head of HR Operations & Transformation

• You’ll lead the evolution of our HR function, transforming from traditional HR to People Experience —driving operational excellence, tech-enabled efficiency, and a seamless employee experience. Your background includes transforming HR operations, implementing HR technology, leading HR AI implementations, shaping workforce strategies, and leveraging people analytics, all with a sharp focus on process design and efficiency. Global Head of HR Business Partners

• You’ll elevate our global HR Business Partner team into truly strategic partners for the business. This role is all about shaping the leadership, structure, and capability of the HRBP function. Your background as a seasoned HR generalist, combined with international experience leading globally dispersed HRBP teams, will be key to driving this transformation. You will lead with empathy and have a demonstrated track record of resolving complex employee matters.

Global Head of HR Growth & Integration

• You’ll play a strategic and hands on role in managing the people and culture aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new businesses we incubate. Your focus will be on a human-centered approach—ensuring seamless integration of workforce and culture to preserve value and accelerate growth. You’ll bring experience in this space and the ability to design a clear blueprint and methodology for all integration activities.
