Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Admin / Listing Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing daily operations related to real estate listings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The duties include maintaining property listings, handling customer inquiries, coordinating viewings and sales transactions, and ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Real Estate transactions
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate market
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or related field is preferred
