Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


About the Role

A high-growth Web3 fintech is seeking a Growth & Investment Business Development Specialist to partner closely with the CFO in driving capital inflows, investor acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role is aimed at individuals with a proven background in raising investments for equity or tokenized projects within the crypto and blockchain sector.


You will take ownership of building and executing the business’s investment growth engine — identifying, engaging, and converting investment opportunities that align with corporate growth and ecosystem expansion goals.


This is an opportunity to operate at the center of Web3 investment strategy, financial innovation, and business development, working directly with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and generate qualified investment leads from high-net-worth individuals, funds, and strategic partners.
  • Support the CFO in executing equity and token-based fundraising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with crypto investors, family offices, and venture funds.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies across the Web3 and fintech ecosystems.
  • Lead presentations, investor pitches, and due diligence coordination for prospective partners.
  • Identify and structure partnership opportunities that complement the business’s financial and growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align investor narratives with brand positioning.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support investment strategy planning.
  • Track metrics and reporting for investor engagement, fundraising progress, and partnership performance.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years in business development, investor relations, or venture fundraising.
  • Proven experience securing investment or partnership capital in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 capital markets, tokenized assets, and DeFi ecosystems.
  • Established network across crypto venture firms, investors, and family offices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation ability — capable of leading strategic discussions and deal closures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with executive teams and independently pursue new opportunities.
  • Background in investment brokerage, fundraising, venture capital, or token sale strategy is beneficial.


Nice to Have

  • Existing investor relationships in Europe, MENA, or Southeast Asia.
  • Familiarity with tokenomics, project valuation models, and SAFT/SAFE structures.
  • Experience with CRM tools, investor databases, and digital outreach systems.
  • Exposure to both institutional and retail crypto fundraising landscapes.
