The Innovation Projects Lead /Manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact innovation projects that strengthen the entity’s role. He/she will lead cross-functional teams and consultants to drive mega projects worth billions from ideation through execution, delivering ROI and positioning the organization for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation projects from concept through delivery to ROI.
- Create compelling value proposition proposals, concept notes, and pitch presentations tailored to each innovative project needs.
- Conduct market and demand analysis to inform project decisions.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with the initial project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver project objectives.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare performance updates for leadership.
- Identify and pursue innovation-driven partnerships and initiatives across government, academia, and private sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with government entities, free zone authorities, consulting firms, and private sector stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy or related fields
- 8–10 years of experience in business consulting preferably the Big 4 or global organizations
- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable impact.
- Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, and proposal/presentation development.
