Project Coordinator (Banking)
Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite in Scarborough
Contract Rate: $48.75/hr INC or $40.95/hr T4
Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (PCO) to support their F26 banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination and reporting for banking technology initiatives.
- Track and analyze project financials, forecasts, and budget variances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and assist in mitigation tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights to support project decisions and performance improvements.
- Ensure all project artifacts and updates are properly maintained within JIRA, Confluence, or M365 tools.
- Prepare and deliver project updates to leadership and other stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Project, M365 Planner, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using task tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with the M365 Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) is an asset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across teams.
