Job Specifications
- Configure, set up and support applications, like CFOS, CIVeC, EIDS, SAP, websites, etc.
- Work closely with business and Ops users to gather and translate requirements into IT solutions
- Work closely with vendors to deliver reports
- Generate reports on performance of servers and database in Huawei Cloud
- Raise tickets for SAP issues, and track till closure.
- Work with Project Managers, to support them in the delivery of projects
- Work on ad hoc activities and works assigned by Head of Department (HOD)
- Support includes on-site and remote support, and rostered weekend support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing and supporting applications
- Some experiences in programming will be good, e.g. PHP, Python, etc.
- Some experiences in RPA (robotic process automation) will be good
- Some experiences in managing vendors
- Able to communicate, write and present well and confidently in English
- A goal getter and shows good attitude and passion in his / her work
- A team player, that could also work independently with minimal supervision
- May be required to work late and over weekends as and when required, depending on project timeline and work exigencies
- Ever willing to learn new technology and take on new challenges
