Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth integration and policy understanding.
  • Build and maintain a excellent talent pool aligned with company needs.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Organize onboarding training and ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Conduct offboarding interviews and manage clearance procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Administer performance reviews, provide feedback, and support performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate employee records including attendance and benefits enrollment.
  • Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Update employee handbooks and monitor changes in employment law, advising management accordingly.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as QuickHR and payroll systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using technology for inventory tracking and record keeping.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
