We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Healthcare Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will work with real-world healthcare datasets to support analytics projects that directly impact our clients' operational efficiency and patient care strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills to meaningful problems in the healthcare sector.

• Clean, validate, and analyze healthcare data (e.g., patient records, claims data, clinical outcomes).
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Assist senior analysts in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Support client projects by preparing data summaries and contributing to analytical findings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and data security guidelines.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of SQL through academic projects, internships, or coursework.
• Academic or project experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10, CPT codes) or HIPAA regulations.
• Coursework or exposure to statistical analysis using Python or R.
• Experience with Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
• A demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry through projects or previous roles.
