Must-Have Skills
- Programming Languages: Golang, object-oriented programming experience
- Front-End: TypeScript-Nice to have
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, or similar
- Architecture: Distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, scalable software design
- Other Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to give and accept technical feedback
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Golang, databases, and front-end frameworks is required
- Ability to shift gears quickly and adapt to project priorities
