- Administer compliance needs and implement network security policies
- Conduct network security scanning/assessment and 3rd party penetration testing
- Monitor data behavior for abnormal activities and ensure secure data migration
- Collaborate with IT leadership to curate annual security awareness training
- Formal education in Cyber Security or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with security concepts and practices, preferably in healthcare or public safety
- Knowledge of industry best practices for security service administration
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion while handling proprietary and confidential information
- Advanced knowledge and experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, SQL, and Public Key Infrastructure certificates
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge in systems thinking and service design frameworks
