Job Purpose


The Universal Bankers Program is a structured development journey designed to equip Omani diploma graduates with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience required to build a successful career in Sales & Branch Banking.

Participants will rotate across key branch functions to gain exposure to customer service, sales, and operations, while receiving continuous coaching and performance feedback.

The program aims to develop well-rounded, customer-focused bankers who embody the bank’s values.

The role would be based in the branches across the Sultanate.


Key Tasks and Duties


  • Learn and perform day-to-day branch operations including account opening, cash handling, payments, and customer service transactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience in line with the bank’s service standards and values.
  • Support branch sales targets by identifying customer needs and promoting suitable banking products and services.
  • Apply strong operational discipline by adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining branch documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Participate in on-the-job learning, classroom sessions, and e-learning modules covering retail banking fundamentals, customer engagement, and digital banking tools.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a continuous learning mindset throughout the program.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction at branch level.


Requirement


  • Diploma Graduate.
  • Graduate of 2023 onwards.
  • Minimum CGPA of 2.70
