- Coordinate day-to-day workflows between design, art, and engineering teams.
- Track progress, anticipate risks, and adjust priorities to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status clearly to leadership.
- Help define production processes and best practices as part of a growing studio. Ensure the team has what they need to produce high-quality work efficiently and on time.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and solution-oriented team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Game Producer in game development.
- Proven experience managing cross-disciplinary teams (art, design, programming).
- Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and production pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile production environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday/Jira, Miro, Notion, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership over deliverables.
- Fluent in Portuguese; strong professional English proficiency for daily communication with U.S. leadership.
Nice to Have:
- Experience shipping games from prototype to launch.
- Background or passion for game design, systems, or gameplay mechanics.
- Familiarity with Unity and general development tools.
- Interest in strategy / simulation / management games.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary
- CLT contract with benefits (Health Insurance, Monthly Meal Stipend, Monthly Internet / Home Office Stipend)
- Remote-first culture
- Clear growth path: opportunities to advance your career as we scale the team and build the studio.
- Opportunity to shape the foundation of the studio and game from the ground up.
- Creative environment where your voice and ideas matter.
