An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a forward-thinking interior fit out specialist delivering beautifully crafted, design-led workspaces across Central London.

This role offers the chance to take full ownership of projects from concept through completion combining design management, technical coordination, and on-site delivery. You’ll be joining a close-knit and ambitious team where your input will directly shape the success of each scheme, with strong mentorship and progression opportunities working alongside company directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of interior fit out projects up to £5m, from design development and pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
• Act as the central point of contact between designers, clients, and site teams, ensuring creative intent is maintained through build.
• Manage programmes, budgets, and quality standards, driving excellence across all project stages.
• Oversee design coordination, reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure buildability, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and technical teams during the pre-con phase to ensure accurate scope definition and procurement.
• Lead progress meetings, report on milestones, risks, and programme, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Uphold the company’s reputation for design integrity and delivery precision on every scheme.

Experience & Skills

• Proven background delivering high-quality commercial or workplace fit out projects within Central London.
• Strong understanding of traditional fit out and design & build methodologies.
• Confident leading both the creative and technical aspects of a project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with an eye for detail and design.
• Commercially aware, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, clients, and consultants.
