Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong fundamentals in applied data science for a business setting and who shall enjoy evangelizing data science solutions to business stakeholders.

This will be a customer facing role.Interact directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the RapidCanvas platformConduct and manage data science projects with the customer's vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teamsBuild a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that they can be led towards successUnderstand and empathize with customers' pain points of building AI solutionsSolve various problems for clients, making an impact across unlimited domains and industries (Agriculture, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas etc.

)Be the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team)Understand the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilize those to solve customer problemsBecome an expert on the RapidCanvas platform and associated tools to teach, enable and support our customers in building their own applications.Collaborate with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer's solutionsYou will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product and data science team members.Key Skills Required 3+ years of relevant experience in solving complex data problems using Machine learning, Big Data solutionsExperience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications (regression and classification, supervised and unsupervised learning)Experience in applied generative AIStrong mathematical background (linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics)Strong coding experience in Python.Experience in data mining, machine-learning and operations researchGood experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization/management, fraud detection, churn predictionCustomer-facing experience and excellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to lead a project and work both individually and in a team.Proven experience in translating business challenges into data pipelines & model frameworkStrong written and spoken English language skillsWhile the role is remote, the candidate is expected to travel 30% of the time for customer meetingsBackground in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferredIf you wish to apply for this position, please mail us your resume at ****** .Please mention the position you are applying for in the subject line.
