We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for a US-based client.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Analyst supports the Product team by acting as the voice of the user, documenting and evaluating product requirements. This role collaborates closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to improve product quality, reduce bug counts, and ensure user feedback is incorporated into product decisions. Leveraging foundational AI and BI tools, the Business Analyst contributes to tracking user engagement, improving requirements gathering, and supporting minor automation of routine tasks.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES

* Familiarity with the HOA (Homeowners Association) space.

* Knowledge and usage of AI tools.

* Experience training and implementing an AI model.

* Familiarity with customer service.

* Familiarity with marketplace analysis and creating white paper proposals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Gather and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders and customers.

* Develop and document user stories with focus on accuracy and traceability.

* Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, identifying areas where AI/BI tools can streamline backlog grooming.

* Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design user-centric solutions, incorporating basic analytics insights for improved decision-making.

* Facilitate customer communications and feedback sessions, integrating data insights to identify recurring trends.

* Collaborate across the Product team to align on AI vision and ensure AI is represented across all teams.

* Serve as a product support point for troubleshooting issues using available data and AI-driven recommendations.

* Engage with integration partners and manage beta programs, focusing on gathering analytics-driven feedback.

* Publish release notes and public-facing updates, leveraging minor BI tools to summarize product improvements.

* Contribute to competitive research efforts, using basic AI-driven tools to automate data collection and analysis.

* Assist Technical Support Specialists as needed to deliver high-touch resolutions and work with the QA team to define test plans and end-to-end testing.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of experience in tech, consulting, or a related field.

* Knowledge of AI and BI concepts, with hands-on experience using tools like PowerBI or similar for simple data visualizations.

* Knowledge and/or experience with chatbots, LLMs, ML, and Agents.

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

* Ability to translate business problems into clear product requirements.

* Familiarity with product analytics and interest in data-driven decision-making.

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
