The role

Depending on you experience level you might join either as Senior Manager or Directore M&A.

End-to End deal execution is the key focus

Manage the execution of M&A deals in senior pairs, with complete autonomy over the organization and conduct of missions.

Supervise the different steps: financial modeling, valuation, preparation of marketing documents (IM, teaser), coordination of due diligence, stakeholder management and negotiation.

Supervise a team of analysts/associates on transactions.

People & quality: oversight of analysts/associates; rigor in deliverables.

Continuous improvement: tooling, methods, pipeline tracking.

Selective business development: market sensing, pitches, visibility.

Your profile

8–30+ years in M&A

A proven end-to end / closing track record in the mid-cap / upper-cap context (locally or internationally)

Background in investment banking, M&A boutique, fund, or BigFour (with the right focus).

Strong deal sense and C-suite relationship skills

Calm under pressure

Ability to coach the team.

Fluent French & English, Dutch is a strong advantage.
