DevOps Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Software configuration
• Build and continuous integration
• Establishment maintenance procedures related to the deployment of information systems
• Management of development infrastructure (e.g., application servers)
• Guidance of the development team in the transition of the applications to the cloud
• Automated CI/CD pipelines management
• Release management, ticket follow-up, and controls
• Analysis of information systems performances
• Interaction with the Business Analysts, Customers, Users, Project Leaders, and Developers
  
  

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of expertise in CI/CD
• At least 2 years of expertise in Release Management
• Excellent knowledge of software deployment management
• Excellent knowledge of software release management
• Excellent knowledge of building and deployment tools (e.g., Maven)
• Very good knowledge of ticketing system (e.g., Jira)
• Very good knowledge of CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Bamboo, GitLab)
• Very good knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS)
• Knowledge of application servers (e.g., Tomcat)
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Ability to apply high-quality standards
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
• Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written)
