Role Description
This is a unique role for a Head of Engineering, starting on a contributory basis with the intention to transition into a paid position with a small equity stake.
Based in Helsinki, the role is hybrid, requiring occasional meetings, but mainly remote work. The Head of Engineering is a hands-on technical lead responsible for building core systems and implementing, optimizing, and shipping the code that turns the company’s vision into reality.
