We're offering you the opportunity to join EUROAPI's Supply Chain team for a 6-month internship, as a Supply Chain Data Analyst, at our head office in Paris.
You will be part of the Supply Chain of Euroapi. Within the Supply Chain Excellence stream and sanofi Key Account Management, you will support all aspects of the Demand/Supply relationship with Euroapi major’s customer. This role will leverage analytical skills to collect, organize and interpret customer forecasts, site feasibility and overall improve Customer Service and Satisfaction. By ensuring data accuracy, process/tools efficiency and proactive problem solving, this position supports decision making and further streamlines the Supply Chain organization.

You are preparing a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or global engineering.
Autonomous and structured
Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas and VBA) and comfortable with creating Power BI reports, comprehensive MS Powerpoint slides
SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English & French

Day-to-day on the job
Data Analysis and initial assessment
- Collect sanofi forecasts and orders.
- Use internal tool to convert external partner data into euroapi codes and conventions.
- Consolidation of actuals sales, open Purchase orders and forecasts.
- Preparation of Demand Review including upfront data treatment and analysis.
- Production Site coordination for feasibility feedback, vs PO & vs Forecasts.
- Participation in Demand/Supply Meetings with sanofi
- Implementation of a versioning of the monthly data/tolls to allow comparisons & follow up of Forecast variability as well as Supply variations.
- Implementation of a process step simplification to unify S&OP feasibility step and specific Sanofi’s forecasts confirmation step.
- Building a business intelligence tool to transform raw data into actionable insights through interactive visualizations and reports.
