We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to join our team based in Frankfurt (Germany), reporting directly to the Head of Central & East Euro

He/She will drive dealers to achieve markets sales objectives by following Commercial guidelines and find opportunities in term of dealers, customers, markets developm


ent.
He or She

will:- Define and execute short and medium term Sales Strategy in order to drive growth of sales volume and profitabi

  • lity:Ensure that sales strategies are based on an optimized customer-centric portfolio, constructed through collecting and analysing market informa
  • tion;Responsible for managing accurately and securing distribution of new
  • cars;Represent the Sales Division to the dealer network and create the link between the manufacturer and the dea
  • lers;Conduct market analysis and gain insights for strategies & initiat

ives.- Monitor competitors’ activities, trends and prices to develop effective strategies to maintain Lamborghini competitiveness on the m

arket- Present new products to Dealers and Cust

omers- Manage out of the ordinary needs with customers (VIPs managem

ent).- Verify existence of requisites to access the awarding bonus (i.e.: CI/CD compliance, payment procedure, etc…) and achievement of quality/quantity parameters to get variable ma

rgins- Assist dealer’s personnel in meeting training require

ments- Drive dealers to achieve markets objective

s by:- Ensuring understanding and implementation of sales and marketing poli

  • cies;Assisting dealers with the overall effectiveness of CRM processes (i.e.: lead generation and customer retention,e
  • tc.);Evaluating level of stock at dealers and pipeline orders in order to avoid breakdowns in supply vs. demand, resolves supply/demand issues with vehicle distribution in assigned mar
  • kets;Monitoring dealers’ compliance with vehicles allocation pro
  • cess;Co-designing margin bonus & award scheme for motivating and guiding dealers and set sales standards to ensure sales qual
