We are now looking for a (Junior) Project Manager to join our Team in Munich, to help coordinate and manage an international client project This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and help build the future of lehof.

Leadership and coordination of international project and creative teams

Proactive interface between agency, clients, and suppliers

Management of timelines and ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets

Development and delivery of compelling client presentations

Quality assurance of all creative deliverables

Strategic communication with suppliers and continuous expansion of the expert and supplier network

A highly motivated and collaborative work environment in an innovative and international setting

Insights into all areas of integrated communication: Gain knowledge in strategy, creative campaigns, and media solutions as you support the growth of our diverse portfolio of global brands.

What we are looking for:

A degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification.

1-2 Years of Work experience as Project Manager in an Agency / Consultancy or comparable experience

High initiative and proactivity: You are motivated, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

A strong desire to grow both professionally and personally, striving to achieve success and reach new heights in your career.

Team-oriented with an ambition to help build and expand our Account Management team.

Passion for Agency Work: You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and driving business success.

Strong communication skills: A natural ability to engage, connect, and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

Organizational skills: Attention to detail and first experience in project management.

Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
