Digital, Innovation & Products Business Analyst - Energy Flexibility Expert (m/f/n)

Your tasks

  • You participate in digitalization initiatives, establishing yourself as expert of energy flexibility, demand response, EV integration and/or grid services
  • You contribute to change management efforts across the Customer Service Centre (CSC) and other operational functions, drive internal optimization initiatives and ensure acceptation
  • You take part in market analysis in the energy and digital domains to identify new product and service opportunities and translate these into actionable projects
  • You contribute to project management activities and may lead initiatives throughout their full lifecycle—from ideation to implementation and post-deployment support—ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals
  • You work closely with other departments to capture and structure business requirements for flexibility services, and map and analyse current business processes across the full value chain: asset onboarding, control, aggregation, and market participation
  • You test and manage functional and data quality, ensuring traceability between business needs and technical implementation. You model business logics and translate them into analytical structures, with proficiency in data analytics tools
  • You actively participate in products and services' management activities with a specific focus on flexibility monetization and aggregation, including post-deployment support towards customers and continuous improvement
  • You provide regular reporting on development activities to senior management and ensure effective communication with all impacted stakeholders

Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
  • You have a previous working experience in a similar role
  • You are experienced in digital topics and thrive in collaborative environments
  • You are recognized for your analytical mindset and customer focus
  • You have a keen interest in innovation, digital transformation, and continuous learning. You are eager to grow and contribute to impactful initiatives
  • You are solution-oriented, proactive, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered a plus
