Project Controls Specialist - Eindhoven - English/Dutch Speaking - Hybrid

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (with occasional travel)

If so, we want to hear from you! Our client, a leading consultancy in the engineering and construction sector, is looking to expand their team with a senior professional who brings both expertise and a passion for driving success across complex projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage project controls for CapEx projects, ensuring timely delivery and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, forecast costs, and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee change management processes to manage scope, time, and cost changes.
• Provide critical insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment across all phases of the project.
• Contribute to the internal coaching and development of junior project controls staff.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in project controls, specifically within CapEx.
• A technical or engineering degree to support your understanding of project complexities.
• Hands-on expertise in scheduling, risk management, cost forecasting, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level clients.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus, but not required).
• A proactive mindset and a results-driven approach to delivering projects on time and within budget.
