We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Line Manager to lead performance management and enablement strategies for our Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings. This role is pivotal in driving offering success post-launch by collaborating with offering managers, sales teams, and enablement functions to ensure revenue growth, margin optimization, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Offering Performance Management

  • Monitor pipeline and performance against plan
  • Analyze offering performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Serve as the focal point for offering managers on performance metrics and enablement needs

PL Management

  • Set and track revenue and margin targets
  • Provide insights to optimize profitability across offerings

Sales Collaboration Enablement

  • Partner closely with sales teams to gather feedback on offering gaps and obstacles
  • Work with sales enablement to design and launch programs that drive product adoption and sales effectiveness
  • Support sales business cadences and initiatives

Portfolio Optimization

  • Focus on specific offerings and geographies to ensure tailored strategies
  • Participate in lifecycle management by identifying underperforming offers and recommending rationalization

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in cloud or AI technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with sales enablement and post-launch product lifecycle activities
  • Ability to manage multiple offerings and drive performance in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.
